I have worked as Paralegal for 7+ years, I assisted Managing Attorneys and the law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP’s Real Estate division, in Miami-Dade. I performed in-depth research, preparation of case materials, and assisted six attorneys on broad topics. Attorneys depended on me for my input and research skills, to analyze client cases relative to open cases. In regard to your project, I have made an initial search and found quite an extensive list through the Fannie Mae Website, which provides a link, listing all Miami-Dade Condominiums with detailed Sales information by unit. There are always Offices of Public Records as well as governmental online sites to check with during my search. Will the search require Condominiums in existence only, or should it include Condominiums also in development and/or in construction? I pay very close attention to detail, and if chosen I can guarantee my commitment to provide you with an accurate and all inclusive list of the information requested, and nothing less. Your bid description only mentioned Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties in South Florida. Are Collier and Monroe counties not to be included in this project?
