Looking for Google & Bing PPC expert for our videos campaign:

Hi there, We're looking for a Google & Bing PPC expert who can scale down our keywords bid cost per click with proven results to help us setup and start our PPC Traffic campaign, provide on-going consulting and management of campaign. We are a Video Animation company, we create animations for start-ups , technologies and online businesses. We want someone who already have experience in similar or related service industry. Our initial budget for TEST traffic and tweaking is $1k, we will scale up, depending on the market size for our service in adwords, costs and conversion stats following the initial test. Must be able to provide advice on our site design, funnel etc, making recommendations on how to boost it's effectiveness to make the most out of the PPC traffic. Please tailor your proposal to this job. We are open to an hourly consulting arrangement with a specified number of hours to launch the project and a specified number of hours per week to maintain the account that will likely increase over time. We will want to speak with you at least twice a week for 30 minutes to an hour so that we can also understand the process and determine our campaign strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement.
