Email list for 2 countries required : Business list

We require opt in lists for 2 countries/cities. A variety of email addresses required. Business and email addresses in seperate spreadsheets. We require working email lists and NOT any fake emails. Not only emails, but phone numbers, names and addresses. No CHANCES. Please only bid if you have done this before, have good ratings with similar jobs and can provide on-going service.
