Sending out Bulk marketing emails

I am in the process of developing a marketing campaign to sell property and have identified excellent contact lists and data bases targeting selected geographical regions. I need a price for sending out BULK emails. there are approximately 2 million contacts and I will need a report on when sent, when received, opened etc to be able to track the success of this marketing approach. Depending on your skill set i can show you the WEB page i want to get them to hit or we can re-design a simple email flyer using the information I have available. again please quote for this work. Please also detail exactly what format you need the marketing lists to be in so i can work with the provider to make sure all parts of this project run smoothly. Once we have sent the initial emails out I will be looking to re-market every few weeks and therefore I am looking for a long term, mutually rewarding relationship.
