Qualit Blogroll links

Hi , i need 150 backlinks, ALL from wordpress Blogrolls links must follow these guidlines: 1) links will be permanenet - not removed in the next 6 months at least! 2) links will be on sites with PR1+ (on same page with PR! NOT in posts etc... only blogrolls) 3) sites will have less than 30 Outbound links - NO MORE OR NO DEAL. 4) Sites will stay under 30 OBL for the next months. 5) if you place the links on pages that does not follow these guidlines you will provide replacement pages 6) Full report at the end of work. - i will provide the excell with the anchors and links if you can provide quality and quick work that holds up to these guidelines please contact - dont waste your time with other offers cause this is the only thing im looking for at the moment...
