SEO NEEDED! Paid On Results Only

Hi, I own a SEO Company, That is 100% legal related clients, attorneys and law firms I DO NOT PAY UNTIL RESULTS OF PAGE ONE ALL MY CLIENTS DO NOT PAY MY COMPANY UNTIL PAGE ONE All my clients keywords are very very low Comp keywords, most of my clients sites our aged sites. With many keywords ranking on 3rd to 10th page of google already. I need good SEO freelancers, But you must agree to my terms, 1. Take on a test job, you will be paid but not paid upfront, You will get paid once you get the clients keyword on the first page. I will not pay upfront or escrow , due to the law firm clients of mine do not pay me until I get there keyword/s to the first page of google for that given term, I will pay anywhere from $100-$1,000 for one single keyword ranked to page one of google.
