Upgrade existing app for iPad retina, resubmit to App Store

We have an existing app in App Store which needs these changes: # Update the app for the latest IOS version. # Update the app for iPad. It is currently just for iPhone. # Update the app for iPad retina display. # Add burstly to the app. # Make some minor changes in the flow of the app. This is mostly removing stuff from the app, not much new coding needed for this. # Add our standard information page to the app with some minor tweaks. We are looking for a designer which can also code, or a coder with a great eye for design. For the right person, this will only be the first of many jobs from us. Please provide us with your references and your portifolio of apps you already made.
