Will provide more details if you accept, but I am interested in creating an app that will work with the Instagram API all that it would need to be required to do is to like other peoples images and receive likes on your images. Login with instagram and only three pages would be needed, people gain credits etc. essentially like 'twiends' Not too complex, and I can make all of the graphics etc. if it means it will be cheaper for me! I really want to get the ball rolling. I have a small budget but i'm sure we can work it out! Please make a quote!! Thankyou! I look forward to working with you

Sounds pretty simple to do. And I assume that you will provide all the graphics. I can make the graphics but it will be more suitable for business apps.
