We need a server-side library, capable of sending messages to Viber users. Viber is a popular messenger for smartphones and tablets. The sender (phone number) will be an existing Viber user. There's no need to hack authentification. The lib must be capable of: 1. Determining whether the subscriber with a given phone number is online or not. is_online( phone_number) --> boolean 2. Sending simple text messages to a subscriber. send_message( text ) --> message_id 3. Determining the status of a previously sent message. message_status( message_id ) --> status And, if you want a bonus, 4. Sending a picture along with some text. send_picture( picture, text ) --> message_id The lib will eventually reside on a Linux server, so you must use something server-friendly: C++, Java, or at least C# with Mono compatibility. The lib must be handed to us in source code.
