159721 Search Engine Portal Design

Need to create a design for my site yooie and yooie games. yooie is the main site and yooie games is the other part of the site. yooie is a ppc search engine with affiliated programs. the affiliated account needs to be in order and made to look great for people to see and want to use yooie. The site is all template style html and css. on the yooie main page I was thinking of putting some content there kind of like yahoo maybe not as much but something like that. Please message me with questions if any. I am looking for someone that can design this site to look excellent.
