Hola me atrevo a responder en español por que veo que son de barcelona, el proyecto se puede hacer muy simple, rapido y barato con una condicion, que no se maneje via notificaciones, hay menos restricciones y es mucho mas sencillo y rapido hacer que el bot responda mensajes a que mande notificaciones iniciales. Yo lo que hice en un bot similar es que el usuario envie algun mensaje tipo "estoy disponible" y de ahi el bot contestaria con "ok tengo los siguientes viajes, cual aceptas " y por supuesto el bot sabra a que chofer se esta dirigiendo, tambien podria alguien con permisos especiales, preguntarle al bot por "x chofer" y preguntarle su status. Espero sus comentarios
