Twilio integration to call via Monday CRM

TWILIO INTEGRATION What I have? 1) Twilio Account with an Australian mobile number enabled for both voice and SMS 2) Monday CRM Requirement- 1) Plugin( similar to Twilio Dialer) or an app to make outgoing calls via Twilio and recording them 2) Plugin or an app to receive incoming calls via Twilio and recording them 3) Send SMS and check that text message history is getting recorded in Monday CRM This automated flow should work along side. 1) If incoming call- a) Get Caller number then b) check if caller id contains +61 If YES, -then play a certain message first and then connect the caller to certain mobile number and start the voice recording ( 2-way) - if the receiver no. is busy, send a message with a certain text if NO, then hang up c) In plugin or the app, the ringtone should buzz so that the agent knows that someone is calling. 2) If outgoing call- a) Dial-able via Monday CRM when clicked on the no. and it should appear in the plugin/app developed b) If picked up ( start ( 2-way) recording) If not picked up or busy or call failed, send message with a certain text 3) If incoming message, user contacting first time, send a message with certain text and keep history of text sent I would need your input to know how and where I can store and view these recordings and off course they need to be encrypted to comply with laws There is an extension available in the market called Twilio Auto Dialer however, it does not suffice to my expectation Please apply if you have done something similar before and I need this delivered soon.
