A javascript html generator that can generate a checklist like the one shown at [login to view URL] The javascript should have a form with the following input fields: table width table border check list title checklist title background color checklist title font color checklist column 1 name checklist column 2 name checklist column 3 name The form should have a 'add checklist item' button which allows the user to enter as many check list items as desired. The checklist site has just one field - description (a textarea field) The form should show the html in a window, updated each time a new field or option is changed. The form should also have a preview button which when clicked will show the checklist that has been created.
