Write Software - open to bidding

Professionally I'm a trader in financial markets. Well, i am looking for software that must get data from a website ( which i will disclose upon consultation with me ) and automatically converts to ".csv" format and saves to my pc. Example: I want the stock data for the GOOGLEINC from website to csv format to my pc, what actually the process must do is : 1) First the software must copy the stock data from say for suppose from 1 jan 2000 to till date 2) Paste the same into excel.( there are some modifications in excel while pasting, i will inform upon consultation) 3) Save the excel format as ' .CSV " file The process must do for the all of the symbols from that particular website that i will tell to you. I already had written program that extracts data from YAHOOFINANCE! and paste the data to excel and then saves as .csv format using VBA CODE IN EXCEL. But the current project is hitting me hard with little bottlenecks, to go forward. I'm looking forward for this uphill task to be done by well commitment developer.
