Javascript html5 webcam QR decoder for chrome/opera

We require a HTML5 javascript webcam-based control that decodes QR codes. Engine needs detect QR code, take still picture, decode QR code and return the content of the code as a string. Latest versions of Chrome and Opera support the webcam api in html5. There are already some libraries out there however they're really not that good and rely on flash.
