Various Ruby tasks for Ed-tech startup

Hi, I've done working on integrate API service to the rails application for several times. I have question regarding this job, you say you need to finish the tasks for 7 days, is it including finish point 3, or just point 1 and 2?

Typically, I follow the ITIL approach to project management; however, I prefer not to be restricted by a particular framework, and I use ideas from SCRUM/Rapid to supplement my project management arsenal. I spearheaded the creation of OpenCashier, an Open-Source cash register that is Best-in-Class. It is integrated with Mapquest, Facebook, PayPal, Credit Cards, Cash Drawer, and Touch Screen applications. Additionally, I created a watercooled head for a 3d printer.
