Joomla/Virtuemart Customization

We have a highly customized Joomla/Virtuemart ecommerce site and need some modifications as follows: 1. Make a default size for large images when imported, regardless of original imported file size. 2. Reformat layout to be compatible with IE7 and older browsers. 3. Condense layout of "child" items on product flypage. 4. Add good captcha to account creation page. 5. (Customized)Currently shows "x in stock" on all items to inform customer of what is in our inventory. Need to remove stock showing zero on hand, only show for in-stock items. QOH is updated via import in CSVImproved. 6. (Customized) We currenlty have several price levels for different shopper groups. All shoppers see "-default-" price when browsing, but are automatically registered as "silver level" (discounted) once they login or create an account. This then shows them a price format comparing the MSRP price to thier "Silver" price level, hence showing a discount. "MSRP = $[login to view URL]" "Your Price = $[login to view URL]" We would like to change this so that all customers will see this before registering or logging in. This should show on all products except certain restricted products. MSRP is equla to price level "-default-", but all visitors should also see "Silver Level" in order to see discount. Some items will have Silver Level say "Log In For Best Pricing". Once a customer logs in, they are automatically registered as "Gold Level" pricing. "Gold Level" on items will be the same as "Silver Level", except will then show pricing on those certain restricted items. When importing prices via CSVI, price-resitricted items can have a price code of "login" to trigger the text instead of a price when importing. This is a complicated project and we would appreciate responses only from providers who have adequate skills and understanding of Joomla and Virtuemart customization. Time is also a facter, as we would like this done quickly. The project can be split into multiple smaller projects if needed. Please address this in your bid.
