We have a site which we would like to use the Rokbox plugin on - its installed and we know how to configure it etc having used it on multiple other sites. HOWEVER, when the Rokbox Content plugin is enabled the site fails and all we see is a blank screen We need someone who has seen and understands this problem and who can fix it quickly - the site is live so we would prefer if someone can fix this "out of hours" to avoid disruption to our client in terms of testing and viewing the problem. We will only consider someone with a proven 100% review on Joomla projects. Questions via PMB

I have dealt with this issue an previous sites. The fix should take between 30 minutes to an hour from the time I log into the site. It has to do with Javascript library conflicts. Minor code adjustments will fix the issue immediately. I will also take a look at the code on the site to determine if there are other coding issues which could cause future problems.
