Website that connects buyers and sellers -- 2

Not accepting freelancers with low reputation. I need someone to build me a website in Laravel. It's going to connect buyers and sellers and everything will be automatized. There are so many functions that has to be added and project is complicated. I am looking for a website that connects buyers and sellers. It's related to gaming and has 6 categories: Currency Boosting Accounts Items Gift Cards Bot Softwares It's going to have approximately 70-80 games and multiple products in each of them. For example 1 game can have a product or multiple products in some of the 6 categories (or all of them) Seller's are going to post offers and we will deduct a certain % from their sales. Also we will charge a percentage when buyer is paying and when sellers are withdrawing. There will be a wallet for both buyers and sellers. For example if seller successfully completes an order, he will receive money in his wallet and then he can choose his prefered payment method to withdraw that money. As for the buyer, if his order gets cancelled for any reason he is going to receive money in wallet (store credits) and not a real refund. Real refunds will be done manually. Listing offers as a seller will look like this: Seller choses a game that we (admins) posted. Then he will choose a category and product inside of it and all the neccessary filters. For currency based products we must have a system for bulk uploads because lets say a game has 100 servers and seller can make an offer on all of them. Other websites usually have already prepared excel forms and they allow sellers to download it then when they post on website it immediately posts the products. How payment works: When user finds what he needs and chooses his seller, he is going to pay directly to us. We are going to hold the money until order is completed or cancelled. System must be automatized. - Customer pays - Seller receives order and can accept or reject it - If accepted, when he delivers he can mark as completed - If buyer confirms receipt, seller will receive money immediately - If buyer doesn't confirm then system will auto confirm after 48 hours if there is no complaint. In case of a complaint, it's on hold till we review Verification: If buyer is paying with a credit/debit card, we are going to ask for card authentication. It's something that Freelancer has aswell. Once he makes a payment, we will make a small charge and he must write the correct amount for order to go through. He should have 3 tries and when he authenticates, we can either refund or add that money to his wallet (store credits). Seller verification: Nobody is allowed to post offers until he is verified. They must provide ID/Drivers license or passport + selfie with 1 of those. It will be manually reviewed and approved. Maybe we can use some automatized system for verification aswell. Something to review the documents etc. Additional features: - Chat between users (we need a smooth chat option between users and chat shouldn't ever disappear) - Bidding system (this is mostly for boosting section but you can also make a custom offer on someone's profile). Basically in boosting if client can't find any offer, he can create a custom one and then users can bid on it. - Website is going to have approx 10-15 different payment methods depending on how many we can get. Some of the planned ones are: Visa, Mastercard (depends on which processor accepts us, can be multiple) Skrill Payoneer Paypal Webmoney Neteller Cryptocurrency Google pay Apple pay And whatever else we can get. - Digital invoices should be immediately sent to the clients when they purchase something. - Web design (in case you do this, we need it) - Cookies - Social media integration - Referral program (if someone registers and pays via referral link, user who offered a link earns a percentage of our earnings that we deduct from sales). - Seller ranks (once a seller has passed certain amount of money in sales, he is going to be automatically rewarded by a new rank and that means we will take 1% on his orders for each rank. We will charge from 7-10% so there will be multiple ranks.) - Emails (almost for every function system should be sending emails to the users) - Proper registration (confirming email address and asking for a code every time someone logs from a new IP address to prevent stealing as much as possible) - Website must have as highest speed as possible - Option for sorting listings (lowest price, recommended > showing best sellers first, highest stock) - After completing orders, clients should be able to leave a review for sellers and it can affect their profiles. We need a good database to handle all of this. We will need options to ban people, deduct or add money in their wallet, grant them seller rank upgrades manually etc etc.
