PR4+ Backlinks

I am in need of 25 initially one way links. Linking sites must be relevent to mobile phones & b2b. If the first 25 goes well then there will be an additional 4 months of extra backlinks just for this project alone. We have other projects so if succssfull then there will be alot more work to have. Other requirements: - Must be manually built. ABSOLUTELY NO AUTOMATED SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. - The link must be from pages relevant to the topic. - The link must be on a page attached to home page of the site. No orphaned link pages permitted. - Must be on established, static and crawlable pages with PR 3 or higher (at least 50% PR4 pages). - There must be no more than 30 outbound links on the linking page - No multiple links per domain - Links must be permanent - English language sites only - ABSOLUTELY NO scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or FFA link exchanges - ABSOLUTELY NO link schemes or reciprocal linking services such as [login to view URL], etc. - No blog comments, forums, classified ads, dynamic links - No 'nofollow' links - No blog and ping sites - No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects) - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] I will need a spread sheet of all links after the submission is complete.
