Need a Aweber Opt-In Box Designed and Installed in Wordpress

Hi there. I have a successful blog that needs an ongoing designer who wants to work with me designing different icons, buttons, and opt-in boxes for the blog. Here's what I have in mind: Your first job will be the interview process.. (which you get paid for) You'll design an opt-in box using the new blogging 2.0 design.. If you know how to program it to work with aweber (even better!!) If you pass that test, then we'll work together on lots of different banners, buttons, icons, books and other opt-ins for the site to make it kick.
