Tradingview Engulfing Candle Indicator

I'm looking for a Pine Script that can be used to identify and alert me to a specific condition that presents itself from time to time on Forex charts. I will attempt to describe it in better detail below. CONFLUENCES - 1.) Initially, the 5, 13 and 50 Exponential Moving Averages must be added to the chart. The first condition is that all three EMA's must either intersect or come within 3 pips of one another. 2.) A confirmed 5 & 13 EMA Cross and a confirmed 13 & 50 EMA Cross must occur within 5 Candlesticks or LESS of one another no matter what the time frame. 3.) The Trend Angle of the 50 EMA MUST be greater than 5% or less than -5%. The Alert WILL NOT be triggered if the Trend Angle is 5% > 0 >-5% (no ALERT if the Trend Angle of the 50 EMA is equal to zero) 4.) Once the above conditions are met, an Engulfing Candle must cross over ALL 3 Moving Averages in either the Bearish or Bullish direction and the ALERT will sound on the CLOSE of this candle. This candle must be 15 pips or LESS in length. More than 15 pips in length... NO ALERT. Alert must occur on ENGULFING CANDLES only.
