Responsibilities: - Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of software development projects. - Coordinate with overseas developers to ensure project requirements are understood and executed accurately. - Communicate effectively with native and non-native English-speaking team members, fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. - Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. - Provide technical guidance and support to developers, facilitating their professional growth and skill development. - Collaborate with HR to assist in the recruitment of additional team members, as needed. - Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and are delivered within specified timelines and budgets. - Transition projects from hourly pay to fixed/monthly pay arrangements when project milestones are achieved. - Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of software development experience. - Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills. - Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - High moral character, reliability, and a commitment to transparency. - Proficiency in time management and meeting deadlines. - Experience in client communication and managing client expectations is a plus.
