mobile gaming league

Hello, I am looking to get a mobile app created that will be able to track stats from mobile games and pay out prizes for time playing on the mobile game. Meaning say for Angry Birds every 10 levels you earn 10 cents and it is desposited in your account. So basically the application will be an mobile gaming league. -Will have to be able to log in/sign up - Profile with information such as games currently playing on mobile, name, birth day, rank, ec - Revenue page that will display how much you have currently made with the games you have played. - Games page to show supported games and links to download them and how many players are currently playing in that league - Payment system so that players can add money to their account and also withdraw funds from there account. - Ways to set up game days for extra earnings on certain days for certain games etc.
