Write an mobile application (iOS and Android)

The client wants to build an app for a group of mover companies. Customers will use the mobile app to look for movers who can take up the job. so if I'm the customer, I can choose 1. date and time I need the movers to be arrived. 2. Pick up venue (can search a place via google API, or use my current location (enabled GPS)) 3. drop of venue (can search a place via google API, or use my current location (enabled GPS)) 4. size of the lorry (big / medium / small represented in graphic form) 5. how many people/mover staff I need then post up the job. Once the job is posted, lorry drivers who have the apps installed, will get push notifications. They bid among each other (with other lorry drivers), customer on the other side can see the bidding in real-time, so does the movers. The customer chooses which driver to award this job to. Once awarded, the job is automatically saved into the job list, and the customer will get the contact number as well as the name of the driver. The driver will also get a notification on the customer's name and the contact number too (the app can show the name and contact number). After job completed, the customer can give rating and testimonial to the driver, same for the movers, they can also rate and give testimonial to their customer. If any of them give very bad testimonial or rating, the other side can have 1 reply to the testimonial to explain the situation. Just 1 reply. These testimonials will appear in the customer/driver profile page so that before a customer wants to award the job to someone, the customer can go to see their profile and see how many stars or rating this driver has. This app needs to be developed in Native method, for iOS and Android platforms. Design of the app will be given. Please let me know your cost, turnaround time, warranty and support period.
