Custom Application with Pervasive/.BTR Database

So I am looking for a basic application doesn't have to look pretty. What it needs to do is connect to our business service that is running a piece of software that controls our registers. This database is a pervasive sql 9 database. The database is Btreive but I believe can be connected to via ODBC which is something you need to have experience with. What I am looking the app to do is below - It needs to have username and passwords for two users. It needs to securely authenticate users and send the information over a secured connection. The app needs to be able to connect to a btreive database (probably a separate application running on the server to calculate the information and display/return to the blackberry.) It will need to tally individual records by the current date or whatever date is choosen in the app and then go through and tally certain fields to give what we refer to as a "hourly report" of sales. This is a pretty basic app as the only things that need to be done are the secured connection and then a request for the date hourly reports and then the back end needs to generate the report and send back to the blackberry. MAJOR REQUIREMENT - Whatever language you decide to write this in - ( I would prefer c++ in eclipse) You will need to send me the source code unprotected. You also are required to keep me updated via Skype, MSN messenger, or another messenger service of your choice. Also the last requirement is that you document your code well and not be sloppy. If you perform this job well and develop it properly for the blackberry I will then ask you to port it to the I Phone and Android.
