App Iphone/Ipad/Android Navigation App

Hello, I have a directory of businesses and I'd like to be able to have an iPhone and Android Application that would show all the business listings on an interactive Google map. From there the user should be able to tap a location and have a box open with the name of the business as well as a link to a mobile ready landing page so the user can see more about the business. Please see this sample page. [login to view URL] The user should be able to save their favorite locations. The user should be able to assign "navigation" and tap any number of the businesses on the display. Then the GPS in the iPhone or Android will automatically route the user to each location. There will be 2 different map pins, one for featured listings and one for free listings. They will be differentiated with a T/F attribute in the XML feed The information for the location including lon and lat will come from an XML feed that will need to be updated bi-monthly. The application Should have a 3 tab menu 1. Search Stores (Search for a store by name and affiliation keywords) 2. Favorite Stores 3.
