iPhone Data-drivin (SQlite) App Template

I am looking for a developer experienced in iOS5, database (SQlite) driven iPhone/iPad applications. The project have Main view and three details views, reading data from the database (SQlite) into a Table views the template should explained with notes step by step and can be customized if I need to use it in other apps. This is a pretty simple project. I will provide the design and the images, so no design skills required. Please provide examples of similar projects.
