This is a very simple app to be created. The app allows the user to look up legal information related to s specific topic in different US states. There will be one function where the user cal look up the state and the app will return a page of legal information for that state. There will be another function where the user can look up a certain situation and then by state and then he legal information for that situation and state will be given by the app. Then there will another function where there are a number of states that fall into a certain category the user can select one of those states and get the information tied to that state. The final function will be an RSS feed linked to a blog site. So it will just receive RSS feeds from that blog. User should be able to scroll the posts and even search the posts for certain subjects. I have many different apps and this is very simple so please no bids for thousands of dollars you are wasting your time and mine.
