SMS For Mobile Phone (300 - 700)

Need a small mobile App that enable sms messaging the application gets downloaded into mobile phone from the web page. Details of Webpage will be provided to prospective bidders upon request. 1. Login details 2. send text 3. voucher recharge for credit 4. Send Credit 5. view transaction There are 3 main menu selections : send text , View Credit, Send Credit The first goes to sms editor, the second shows available credits and allow voucher refill The third allows credit to be sent to other users. Whenever request is made, the app will send login detail .. Username password , account unit balance , and request parameters to Server Url . SMS API will reply with success or not. If its successful then Application keep information inside as session variable or some encrypted file Request and Response ( POST AND GET) When user sends a request , app will verify that phone is connected to internet and if not , the app will connect to internet via available source Wifi or 2g of phone, send request and return phone to same state. The Mobile App will work only with parameters It will send Server request and Server will send back response When You develop the App tell us what parameters you want to send and in what form you want response? XML or anything
