I think your app needs server and its configuration and also needs communication between server and your app. So I can't say it's easy. It needs more efforts than any other simple jobs. Your budget must be about $800 roughly.. But there can be some freelancers who are ready to start your job even in $200~300.

Would this be a webpage via a desktop computer in your salon with internet access? Or would be through other app? If another app, then it would be a separate project. 3) Do you need to allow customers to request for pickup of a product through your product menu? 4) Is the ability to cancel a booking required?
