484815 Create a web site

I am seeking a web 2.0 'look' for a website that could use a CMS as its framework. Our product is: An electronic parcel tracking service [postal mail/parcels/packages etc]. The site is to be used, initially, for 'brochure' purposes only, and in time will be functional; if you can base your design on a CMS of your choice, we will install the CMS etc ready for your work. Design MUST BE high-tech, graphical and creative...colourful, bright and attention grabbing. You will need to provide all imagery and a suitable logo, too [no copy and paste from the 'net, please]. ONLY a portfolio of similar work will convince me that you can do the job. Web 2.0 designs preferred, this must LOOK sensational, and NOT mundane, plodding and boring! Can you do it?
