I want somebody with knowledge of developing smart phones and PDA applications (iphone, Android, Blackberry, Android, iPad, iPod, Kindle, Nexus, etc..) The application will allow users to scan a barcode or enter a alpha/numeric serial number that will be checked against a database and to display/offer various options if the search in the database was successful or not. I will provide more details (flow charts) upon agreeing on terms.
