Need simple 1 form minimal application done.

Need a programmer to create a simple 1 form windows forms application that does this: 1 form application launches and message is sent to stop the Form from being painted on screen. Application then draws the form into a offscreen framebuffer(known as graphicsbuffer in .net) So the purpose of the application is to paint the form into an offscreen framebuffer or offscreen memory device context instead of painting it on screen. So I want our windows form to be drawn offscreen into a framebuffer/virtual device context, and not on to the screen. I would prefer it is done with Pinvoke and window messages so I can reuse it in other ways. I dont want you to just minimize the form and take screen shots of it. I actually want the form painted into an offscreen buffer. I already have the code that prevents the form from being drawn by sending a message out to stop WM_PAINT and can resume it which I can send to the winner. It also has an implementation to paint the form into a device context I couldnt get to work so you can use that and fix it if you want instead of rewriting. High bids will not be accepted. I need this done as soon as possible.
