The purpose of the oscillating mirror is to improve image SNR while imaging a moving object. The main idea is working in maximum exposure time (due to full well of the CMOS sensor) while cancelling relative movement of the object, but "freezing" its position by using moving mirror. The oscillating mirror should cause the camera to track the object for short period of time, increasing the number of photons accumulated per pixels of the camera. The mirror is nominally placed 45 degrees to the optical path and 45 degrees to the sensor (sensor is 90 degrees to the optical path of the lens). It moves back and forth between the exposures. Mirror will move to beginning position in the intervals between the exposures (during the readout). The object incorporates a multispectral bands all in visible spectrum between 433 and 885 nm (total of 8 bands). No need to build the lens as we already have it. Need to simulate behavior of the rays of different wavelength vs relative hit on the sensor surface at different angles of the mirror.

I am writing to you in response to your request for a proposal to create an oscillating mirror to improve image SNR while imaging a moving object. I believe that my experience in this area makes me the perfect fit for this project. My initial plan of action involves first simulating the behavior of the rays of different wavelength versus relative hit on the sensor surface at different angles of the mirror. This will help to ensure that the mirror is placed in the optimal position and that the camera is able to track the movement of the object. I will also use my experience and expertise to ensure that the mirror is placed at a 45-degree angle to the optical path and the sensor. I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to complete this project successfully. I will work closely with you to ensure that the results meet your expectations and that the project is completed within your timeline. I am also available for any questions or concerns you may have throughout the duration of the project. I am confident that the proposed solution is the best choice for this project. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the details of this project in greater depth. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely
