Edit and change parts of text in a PDF

Hello all, I need some text parts of a PDF to be edited and modified. The document is an old rent receipt and I need the dates of it to be updated to the dates of the last 3 months (so I need 3 PDF files in the end). You can see the PDF file attached. Dates are in format 'dd/mm/yyyy', just the last number of the year and the last number of the month have to be edited (16 numbers x 3 times = 48 numbers to be modified). The thing is I want the change to be as invisible as possible, so it would be cool to try to have the same police, the same color etc. I need it very quickly, so please give me your bids and delays until completion.
