Layout for CMS Driven Classifieds Page

We need someone to create a nicely-designed layout for a "for sale" page of a website. This bid request is for design only. (If you wish to do the coding and CMS implementation as well, there may be an opportunity for more work for you.) Deliverables are fully designed PSD files. We will supply design elements for reference and include all necessary branding, colors, photos and text. We need to complete this project quickly and have a beautiful design, so the ideal designer will be responsive and talented. Please include any relevant examples of your work with your bid.
