iPad Questin/Answer Website

We are looking for a simple "ask your question" website where users are able to ask an anonymous question to an expert and get an answer. This website will be used during an event. We have two iPads at the event and on both iPads is the browser runing with a form open ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) The user are able to write a question and send it to the expert. The expert is able to write the answer and send it back to the iPad the question was send from (and not to both ipads!) The user can read the answer and ask another question or just "clean" the screen (other users should not see the question asked!) Beside the two forms for these two iPads we need a backend where the expert is able to see the question, answer them and send them to the iPad 1 or iPad 2 (depends on witch iPad the question was send from). The expert is using a regular notebook and is not located at the event. But he will answer in real-time. Pls see attachement.
