Small modification on existing Yii-based Web-app

A year ago I had a freelancer from this site built me a simple web application using Yii framework (hosted on Linux-Apache-Mysql-PHP server) to track the progress of training in our organization. Hence I'm offering this project for all to bid. I would like to have some enhancement to the App. Here are 3 additional features that I want: 1. The ability for admin account to reset (or set a new) password for existing users. 2. The ability to "archive" inactive user. Inactive user is a person who left our organization. I want their data to be still present on the database, but not displayed on day-to-day operation (to reduce clutter and information overload). 3. The ability to choose to apply a new setting of a course (new or existing) to existing users. For example, if I decide that a particular training course is needed (that is: default) for people under a particular PI, I can modify the course setting and have it as an option to be able to apply to all existing active users (note: under the current algorithm of the App, only new people will get the new setting). The existing schema of the database for this webapp is attached. I will send (through freelancer PM) the source-code and the mysqldump (structure only) of the App only to serious bidders within my budget. I will need to sanitize private information from the source-code first. I expect this project to be completed before 3 November 2012.
