Web Script To Scrape Data From Google & With User login etc

Hi guys, I need someone to create a PHP web scraper script that can gather data from Google Adwords, Google Search, Windows Phone app store website, do some simple calculations and present the data in an easy to understand tabular format. The script must have a user login sytem (admin and basic user) where admin can create user accounts, manage accounts, check script load etc and user can perform the function of using the script etc. I will send complete details in a document via message when you contact me. The job will include: 1) Creating this complete system and script and user panel/dashboard (admin n basic user) 2) Creating the beautiful User Interface 3) Making sure it's flexible and easy to host An ideal freelancer would be someone to who has developed scraping scripts in past and has good knowledge of PHP, AJAX, MySQL, UX/UI and is willing to work on time.
