Assist in web application for helpdesk

I am creating a helpdesk? web application? using ASP.net, C#.net, and an Access 2003 Database. The application needs to be able to submit records to the database, delete or alter records from the database, and authenticate users through a username and password stored in the database. I already have most of the interface created but I need a skilled programmer to make things functional. Some? work is still? needed for the interface.? I am open to suggestions throughout the project to make the application look better or operate more efficiently. Requirements are that it must be web based and it must use an ACCESS 2003 database. ## Deliverables I may also need some work done with crystal reports. Main functionality for the web app will be talking to the database (read, write, modify) and I need an "admin" page created that can create users, alter categories, settings, etc.
