FORM THAT SAVES DATA, SENDS EMAIL AND READS EMAIL

We frequently need to send order requests (For services) to our providers, and to keep track of the orders sent. Our idea is that each of our workers should be able to fill a form with the details of the service that need to be requested to the Providers. After the form is filled an email is sent automatically to provider with an order number code. Data of the order at that same time is saved in a SQL server table, the status of the order will be “In Progress??. Once the Provider finishes his job he should send a report to a specific email account, system should read the email and order number code an update the ordered service as “Finished?? The form could be a form from OUTLOOK or a webpage or a VB form. In attached file more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
