Need Help With My PHP Code.

Hi, I am very new at PHP and I am looking for someone to fix a PHP script that I am trying to write. I only need the [login to view URL] fixed, so my Google AdSense ads show up. It should be easy for someone who knows what they are doing. There are 5 AdSense ads, that are not showing up in the index.php.
