Hello, I went through the requirements and i understand that you need a Document Management system which will 1. Let users share Documents with other users via sharing a link (Just like the way we can share our profile on freelancer) 2. If someone wants to edit it, he should be given permission by the creator of the doc. If permission given, the document can be downloaded, edited, and again uploaded and the upload will be valid. 3. A User can search for other users and create a group (How is this going to happen, a Request will be sent to join a group and the other users accept it, once accepted they will get the notifications for the group ? What do you expect in the User Search ?) 4. Way to run a online Poll, and the results can be exported in the Excel Format. 5. When do you wish to send SMSes ? Need more details on that. I really liked the concept of the application, i would be glad if i get an opportunity to work on the same. Your response will be highly awaited. Thanks
