Online PDF/TIFF Viewer

Design an online viewer that supports both TIFF and PDF files, including multipage, in an ASP.NET 2.0 and/or Java environment (website files end in .aspx). Features to include in the viewer: zoom in/out, page navigator (we need to know the current page we are looking at), and rotate image. Allow us to disable or enable printing and saving. It should work in Internet Explore and FireFox. If the user is unable to view the viewer due to not having java/flash/adobe, display a link to download such software. When finished, we need to have the source code.
