Ruby on Rails site update and move

Hello, I am looking for an experienced web professional with knowledge of Ruby on Rails. I want to move my current Ruby on Rails designed site to a new host at [login to view URL] . I also need the person to setup the mailing system, as well as a mass mailing system that I can send out newsletters from using Pommo or better. Also may have to install postfix+dovecot. In addition, I need the spf records, domainkeys, mx records, return dns etc all to be setup to industry standards to ensure my mails reach mailboxes. I am also looking for minor fixes to my current site. Right now, when we send confirmation e-mails, if a person does not respond to it, the e-mail remains in the database. We want to set it up, where if the person does not respond to it within 3 days it is deleted. Also, the contact form on my website is not working. I want to replace that with a working contact form either using ruby or google apps. I also want to create a new content section to my site entitled Tables with a contact form (can use google apps for that also). There are a few other minor fixes that I want that I will discuss with you. If you understand ruby on rails it should not be difficult at all.
