Web Based Newsletter Module(repost)

Hi, I need a Web based backend to be developed in ASP with Database in Microsoft Access. The functionality would be as follows. 1. Users email addresses can be added / updated / deleted Manually as well can be imported from a Excel file. 2. The email addresses can be grouped (mailing lists can be created for eg.. VIP contacts or Europe Clients, etc.) 3. A Html editor is required from which Admin should be able to send email / newsletter to a particular group or particular email or everyone. 4. The coding should be flexible if in future I want to convert the Database in to MS SQL or My SQL. Awaiting for your quick responses.
