102551 Youtube Clone needs tweaking

I have an adult type youtube clone site that needs a little [login to view URL] you are uncomfortable with this, please don't bid! Only small videos are allowed to upload thus far and I want videos up to 100mb to upload. I also would like the permissions and security checked as well...I don't want hackers getting in. Winning bidder would also run a check on all files on site and make sure everything links and connects to where it's supposed to. thanks!
