How to play VOB file in C#

I'm looking for any information online that will allow me to play a VOB file from within a C# application. I'm looking to do it with DirectShow; but that only seems to be working if there is DVD software installed on the computer like WinDVD or PowerDVD, which isn't an option since we can't require our customers to install third-party applications like tha to use our software obviously.
