Can you Build

Hello ALL This is an urgent requirement and I need it very urgently. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE CODERS WHO ARE SERIOUS and can finish it asap. I need a custom software to be build which I want to use within my company. The software will do the follwoing things 1. BLOCK ALL MAILS PORTS 2. BLOCK FTP PORTS 3. BLOCK UPLOADING OF FILE TO ANY SERVER 4. MESSANGER BLOCKING BLOCK ALL MAILS PORTS ------------------------ In this section, the software will block all mails. users should not be able to acess any mail (yahoo, gmail or any). BLOCK FTP PORTS ----------------- In this section users will not be able to upload any file from a pc to anywhere using FTP software. Your software will block the FTP ports so that even if any ftp software is installed that software would not be able to upload any file to any server or anywhere else BLOCK UPLOADING OF FILE TO ANY SERVER ------------------------------------------ This is same as FTP ports, what I menat in this that user should not be able to upload any file from a PC to any server or site such as [login to view URL] MESSANGER BLOCKING ---------------------- All kind of messanger blocking such as yahoo, msn or any. Even if the user has installed the messanger it will not work. Coders can chosse any language to build this software. Payment would be done via RAC Escrow. Software should not use anykind of signature file or anything, Nothing should be hardcoded in the software such as blocking for mail site. I am open for sugesstions Regards ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
